The location was central. I could easily walk to the main street and a shopping mall. The air conditioning in my room worked very well. It kept the room cool and comfortable, even during the warmer days.
The room felt small. I noticed the housekeeping was not thorough. The service I received lacked attentiveness.

I was impressed with the hotel's location. It provided simple access to shops and the tram. the room i had was a standard double room and it was neat with practical furnishings. breakfast was varied, with sufficient choices to start the day. the reception staff were available and quick to help with directions.
the air conditioning unit seemed a bit noisy at times.

Breakfast had a good array of options, including fresh bread, cheeses, and fruit, therefore providing a satisfying start to the day. The breakfast area was maintained neatly and the staff were prompt in replenishing items.

The staff i encountered at reception were always polite and happy to provide useful directions and information regarding local transportation, also, they arranged my airport transfer. Their assistance made navigating the area much easier.

The breakfast included diverse options. This kept it interesting! there was enough food to fill me up each day. the staff seemed helpful. The spa stood out. the massage service was available at a reasonable price.
the sauna access required clarification regarding its free availability during certain hours. i had to confirm the included hours which caused a minor inconvenience.

The location allowed easy access to the tram. MarkAntalya Mall was only steps away. The breakfast featured a wide selection of food prepared in an open kitchen, WHICH inspired confidence in quality.

i am thankful the room matched the photos and it was exactly what i expected. staff was so kind, and batu gave us great tips. the hotel is in a great location, it was easy getting there from the airport by tram. beds were comfy and the room was clean.
The floor in our room was constantly damp so we would wake up and have wet feet. the shower also had fallen off the wall. I reattached it . i hope this issue gets resolved .
